The B4 kitchen was small, cramped and opened into a poorly constructed shed addition that served as the rear entry to the house. The owners wanted to remove the shed and build a new addition in its place that would provide a new mudroom, bathroom, and larger kitchen downstairs and a Master bedroom with more closet storage upstairs.
